Once you select a plan, we work with our trusted design partners to customise it to fit your block and your family. Then, we provide a straight-up, fixed-price construction estimate and contract. We do the hard work upfront so there are no hidden variations or nasty surprises later. The price is the price.

When we sign the paperwork, we actually start. You will see visible, weekly progress. Our sites are incredibly tidy and driven by precision scheduling, meaning we never sit around waiting on subcontractors. We refuse to put you in a queue. We cap our builds at 15 a year to guarantee that we hand over the keys to your pristine new home within 12 months of starting. Handover should be a celebration, not a relief.
